How can I confirm if an order has been made correctly?

Three indicators confirm that you have done your order well:

  • After the payment process you will reach the confirmation page where we provide you with your order number.
  • You will receive a few minutes later a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
  • The payment is charged at the moment, so you will see the charge on your bank statement or Paypal account.

If you do not reach all or any of these three points, your order may not have been correctly completed. If you have any questions about it contact us by sending an email to hello@mysozoshop.com and we will confirm the status.


Can I know what status my order is in?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. For this, access your account.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. From the shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

No, it is not possible to proceed with the modification or cancellation of an order already made. This is because our preparation and shipping times are really short, when we procure delivery service in record time.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If you have received an item with a defect or different from the purchased, we will reimburse said items and shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouses and check the condition of the garments.

To process the return, it is essential that you fill in the delivery note and include it in your package.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If at any time, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not requested, please contact us at info@mysozoshop.com.

I just placed an order and upon receiving the confirmation email I realized that a data from my shipping address is wrong, what should I do?

If after placing an order, and receiving the confirmation email with the data you have entered, you see that there is erroneous or incomplete information, please contact us immediately to try to solve the error.

Keep in mind that an error in the address could cause problems or delays in the delivery of your package, so it is essential to always review the data provided and communicate any possible error in the address.

I just placed an order but I would like to add one more product, is that possible?

If you have just placed an order, and forgot to include a product, you must make a new order for the purchase of that item. We do not offer the option to modify an order when it has already been made, confirmed and has entered the preparation process.
