Do you replace the items with the indication

At mysozoshop we design exclusive collections and limited editions. Generally, we do not replace the product. But do not worry, look on our website that you're sure to find something you fall in love with.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, but there may be different appreciations of the color of the product due to the quality of the monitor through which the photographs of the product card are displayed. This fact completely escapes our control and the only thing we can recommend is that you try to visualize the product in more than one device if you have any doubt about the color of the model.

How can I know my size?

We strongly recommend that you measure yourself. Remember to measure yourself with tight clothes. Look in this table  and you will know your size.

Are the items included in the bag automatically reserved?

No, the fact of including an article in the basket does not guarantee your reservation or availability. There are items in high demand that may be exhausted before the purchase is made even though they were available when you added them to your cart.
