Where can I get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (address, work, etc.-never in the post office box).

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery.

  • Spain: In 1-2 working days
  • Europe: In 2-3 working days
  • USA: In 5-6 working days
  • Rest of the world: 7-8 working days

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

The cost of a shipment depends on several factors: the amount of the order, the country of destination, and the type of shipment selected.


  • Free delivery with a 5 days service for all purchases.
  • BALEARIC AND CANARY ISLANDS / VAT EXEMPTIONS: Purchases under 60€ costs 4,95€ for shipping. For purchases over 60€ is free shipping. 


  • Purchases under 60€ costs 4,95€ for shipping. For purchases over60€ is free shipping.


  • Purchases under 60€ costs 9,95€ for shipping. For purchases over 60€ is free shipping.


  • The customer is responsible for the possible costs of customs or local taxes
  • The VAT will not be reimbursed in international sales
  • Our orders can not be delivered in the mailboxes
  • The usual delivery period of your order could be affected during special periods: Christmas, special sales or promotions, due to high volume of shipments.

Can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email with all the details about your shipment:

  • Items that travel in that package
  • Which company handles the delivery
  • Your tracking number

In addition, we will provide a direct link so that with a single click you can see where your package is at all times. Remember that, from the moment the package is sent, you can also access your account and see all the information about your shipment.

What is the process of home delivery?

If you received the shipping confirmation with your tracking number more than a week ago, please check the shipping tracking link to find out exactly where your package is.

The messenger may have passed through your home and there may not have been anyone to pick up the package. In these cases, leave a notice so you know they have tried to make a first delivery. If you have any questions, contact the courier company as soon as possible, providing them with your tracking number or write to info@mysozoshop.com so we can find out what happened.
