How can I make a return?

Making a return with us is really simple. To know what steps you have to follow, access our 'Returns' page, where we will explain in detail how to do it. Remember that it is very important that you send us the product you want to return in perfect condition, properly protected. Do not forget to include the returns form. Is it possible to make a change?

Any size change or model you want to make requires a return and the creation of a new order. We will always process the return of the products you do not want to keep and we will reimburse the amount of the same through the same payment method that you used in your purchase. How many days do I have to make a return? Can I return a product after 14 calendar days?

You have 14 calendar days from when you receive the order at home, or make a purchase at one of our physical stores, to request a return or report a problem in your order.

After 14 days it is not possible to return any product, as specified on our 'Returns' page and in our Purchase Conditions.

The return procedure is the same as for any return.

Is the cost of the return shipment borne by the customer? Can I choose the courier service that I decide?

The cost of shipping the returns is always at the customer's expense. For this reason you can choose the company and the service you want to send the products you want to return. It is not absolutely necessary to send the articles through an urgent service or messaging, the choice of the type of shipment depends ultimately on each client.

How and when will I receive the amount corresponding to my return?

All reimbursements are paid by the same payment method with which you made your purchase. Generally, the refund is effective approximately 7 days after receiving the returned merchandise, and once checked.

The time between requesting reimbursement until you have the money in your account depends, ultimately, on the bank or Paypal.
